  Our staff sets up and tears down the buffet, keeping it clean and stocked during service.

  On-Site Catering includes:

  • buffet tables with black fitted linens
  • hot holding chafing sets with water and fuel
  • serving platters, serving utensils, buffet decor and buffet equipment
  • disposable plates, napkins and plasticware placed on the buffet
  • upgrade to china, stainless flatware and linen napkins for an additional charge
  • add staff to circulate, bus tables and perform clean-up service for an additional charge

  We simply provide food in disposable catering pans for pick-up or drop-off with no service at the event.
